BombProof is a Trademark of Contact Consultants. BombProof will transfer data on a daily basis unless interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, such as the customer losing connection. The customer will be sent advice daily to confirm their data has been sent. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this email and confirm the data has been uploaded. If a customer needs to retrieve their data they must supply their account details from their welcome letter when contacting BombProof as proof of identity. These details are the property of the customer and will not be retained by BombProof. BombProof will undertake to make retrieved data available to the customer within 4 hours, however this is not guaranteed as large archives may take longer. A charge may be made for data return (incurred costs only e.g. courier). For BombProof micro archives payment is due immediately for the entire year. Should a customer wish to cancel before the end of the term then the payment is non-refundable. The customer will be invoiced on a month in advance basis. They will receive the invoice approximately 2 weeks before the payment due date to allow time to make payment. If the invoice becomes more than 7 days overdue then BombProof will send a reminder for payment. If payment is not received within 21 days then the account will be locked and no further BombProofing will be permitted until payment is made. If BombProof have not been advised conversely after 12 months then all data within the defaulting customers archive will be destroyed. If a customer wishes to reactivate their archive within this 12 month period they will be liable for the cumulative cost of their archive during this time. Cancellation is only acceptable by email and unless received before the 1st of the month the customer will be liable for the full monthly archive charge. All data uploaded by the customer remains the property of the customer and BombProof accept no responsibility for the content of the archive. We would however ask that customers ensure the data is of an acceptable nature. BombProof and all employees of BombProof work to the guidelines specified in the Data Protection Act. A certificate of destruction will be issued 12 months after the archive has been closed unless otherwise instructed by the customer. UK law applies.
